Q1What is the scope of your responsibilities?

Management of stretch-blow prototypes and tube-necked prototypes

Q2What do you enjoy and find challenging in your daily work?

When we are able to make a difficult product to the desired quality by modifying the mold and molding conditions.
I am able to reflect my own ideas because I am entrusted with some modifications and changes to the molds.

Q3Are there any difficulties or challenges in your daily work?

When you are working on a project that has a tight quality and schedule to complete.
Because we are working on multiple products at the same time, the workload can be enormous depending on the progress of the project.

Q4Why did you join Yoshida Industries?

It is challenging because there are many contents that can be advanced at one's own discretion.

I have the impression that compliance has been taken into consideration and that the work style has been improved.
