Q1What is the scope of your responsibilities?

I work in a department that compiles the numbers" generated by the Technical Department for the Management Committee and coordinates administrative work with the General Affairs and Accounting Departments.
I am in management.

Q2What do you enjoy and find challenging in your daily work?

Rewarding.
・I can feel my subordinates' growth!
・Subordinates make suggestions for business improvement!
・My subordinates are happy to hear my tricks" and "approaches"! etc.

Fun things to do "at work"
Morning coffee at the cafeteria tea machine before the start of work (a pleasure taught to me by Mmi-san of the Product Department).

Q3Are there any difficulties or challenges in your daily work?

Handling unexpected work and dealing with unprecedented problems (although the sense of accomplishment is great when they are resolved).

Q4Why did you join Yoshida Industries?

Y-san, who was my junior at my previous job, joined Yoshida Industries.
A year later, she asked me if I would like to work with her again!
Since we were able to work together as a team, I applied for the job without any hesitation.

We had not only a people" connection, but also a "resin" connection.
(I was not working for a company when I was invited to join. I was making and selling miniatures from resin clay.)
